Insights on the Mind, Spirit and Body

I have studied and worked with the principles of the universe to help us with creating and supplying us on all the levels of desired results of mind, spirit and body. Some may choose to focus on one or two of these elements, not realizing that all three are one. We need to address all levels of our human experience to realize and live complete and fulfilled lives.

I have studied for over 12 yrs. the laws and principles of creating. I share this through my experiences of co-creating your hearts desires. You do get to choose all the outcomes of your life. I can help show you if you are not getting the results you desire, that you are not choosing the right thoughts. We can learn to redirect our thoughts and give up old beliefs that do not serve us any longer.

Through Yoga, Exercise, and Quiet Meditation we can transform our bodies to the holy temples they were designed to be. We need to stretch, both our minds and our bodies regularly. Once the mind is expanded it will never go back to it's past condition. The same goes for our bodies. We must stretch and strengthen our bodies so that they will support us through our journey here on earth.

Though our minds are strong our bodies may be weak. We need good wholesome foods and nutritional support. The foods we eat are not as rich in the necessary nutrients our bodies need. Because the crops are void we become deficient in vital elements needed to help support and build our bodies. I have been guided to remarkable products to help us increase the support of our immune system, which is our body's back bone.
